Hotel Teocalli has a theme of relaxation, which will allow you to rest, this is why noise is not allowed inside the facilities.
Modification policy: If the modification is made before 48 hours of the day of arrival, no charge will be made and if it’s made less than 48 hours in advance, 100% of the total stay will be made. If the entire stay isn’t covered, there are no refunds.
Cancellation policy: No charge will be made if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the arrival date. If canceled later, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Reception time for customers from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
No-Show Policy: Guests who don’t arrive within 24 hours of the date and time of entry will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Identification for fraud prevention: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the customer is required to present the credit card used to make the reservation online along with an official photo ID.
Extra Person Policy: The charge for each extra person in the room: MXN $500.00.
Pricing Policy: Does not include the 16% corresponding to the I.V.A. nor the 3.75% corresponding to the I.S.S.H.
